Product classifications can often be a time consuming and cumbersome tasks for corporations, but are a critical step in determining if any licensing requirements apply to your exports. Once provided with a technical description of your products, we will review the appropriate government agency regulations and commodity control list (CCL) to determine your ECCNs. If necessary, we will submit a commodity classification request with the required documentation to the Bureau of Industry and Security.
